Two Ambulances, The Right Time for Donation By Mansoor Shah

With kindness and generosity two Greater London Ambulances were donated through UNISON Rochdale to help the Earthquake victims in the North West of Pakistan. Although these ambulances had completed their service but were still in good serviceable condition. AIMS international had them shipped to Pakistan and after some painstaking negotiations of administrative and custom duty formalities, they finally arrived for active duty. Much to the relief of our NCO’s working in the relief area.

Once the immediate earthquake crises were settled, they were used to transport medicines as well as to provide a mobile community clinic.
